The hotel has great surroundings, ideally situated near the coastline and Jasmund National Park. You can easily get down to the waterside via the bridge. the breakfast has good selection of food and a nice sea view. the rooms are comfortable and decorated nicely, with comfortable beds.
The staff can be unhelpful when dealing with special requests, making it difficult who need extra assistance or services.

The view from the room was amazing, we could see the ocean and it was breathtaking. The room was spacious and very well maintained. , the hotel was in a prime location, close to many tourist attractions and great restaurants.
The hotel didn't provide any wifi and I had to spend tons of money on data charges. the curtains and bedding were old-fashioned and need an update.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel had a lovely decoration in the lobby and restaurant. the breakfast had some nice hot options and the coffee was really good. the hotel was located near the main shopping street and bus station, which made it easy to get around. One more advantage was the sea view from the breakfast room.
My room. the heating system was not working properly and the room was freezing.

The location was great with easy access to transportation and the coastline. The decor with model ships was charming. The breakfast was excellent. The room was warm and had a bit of a sea view.

We had a great stay here. The room was spacious with separate sitting area and beautiful paintings. Breakfast had many choices and nice sea view. Free parking. The location is perfect for exploring the national park and nearby attractions.
